Easy Foodmania.in Gochujang rice recipe

Foodmania.in Spicy Gochujang Veg Rice  (Pure Veg)

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rice

1 tbsp Foodmania.in Gochujang https://www.foodmania.in/products/gochujang?_pos=1&_psq=gochujang&_ss=e&_v=1.0

1 tbsp Foodmania.in soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil or any edible oil.

½ cup mixed veggies (carrots, bell peppers, peas, mushrooms)

1 tbsp oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Sesame seeds & green onions for garnish

Sprinkle some Foodmania.in Gochugaru for the extra kick! 

Instructions:

Heat oil, sauté garlic & veggies until tender.

Stir in Foodmania.in Gochujang, soy sauce & edible oil.

Add rice, mix well, and stir-fry for 2 mins.

Garnish with sesame seeds & green onions.
